Getting people to move to the end of the rows at Philhar is a nightmare sometimes! We have less than five minutes to exit 500 guests and enter 500 guests, we fill every seat so it is imperative that we move. We rarely have shows that are not full, unlike Muppets and HISTA. We will go to the row in question, tell the people behind them to stop, and keep in their face until they move. We typically will stand in the middle of the rows spieling and slowly walking backwards so we are in the vicinity. Proximity is key! (as any teacher can tell you)
