The best part will be the people that feed the squirrels unshelled peanuts. The squirrels will bury some, they'll sprout little peanut plants all over the park, and Disney will suddenly have a cash crop on their hands.

The SG's will kill for the opportunity to feed the squirrels. Can't you just picture it now? The kids will be BEGGING their mommies and daddies to buy food to feel the squirrels.
I don't see why they don't do it already. After all SeaWorld does it now with the dolphins and rays. We could add in a stand to feed the ducks too!

I don't know if they still do, but years ago they had 25¢ coin operated vending machines, similar to bubble gum machines, on the Contemporary dock with duck food, so people could buy some and feed the ducks.

left, are you using darph's Webster coaster also? That ratty beer stained coaster was the direct cause of my POMISE post. :o: :o: Cut me slack. My 3rd grade education got me my CM position at DLR. I'm striving beyond my abilities & you bust me for a tiny mistake? Your buy food to "feel" the squirrels is now great fodder. Dare you to live this down Big Guy. :D: :p:

This was your post on Leftcoaster Heads to WDW. Tell me it's not a cliff hanger. "Unfortunately, we did notice several SGTs that I will write about in a trip report, < But, I am traveling again myself Thursday and Friday, so the TR may have to wait until next week." Wanna continue or shall we call this a Mexican Stand Off? :D: ;)

Yes squirrels can have the plague. Fleas carry the disease and can hop on to coyotes, wolves, dogs, cats, humans, bats, squirrels, monkeys, etc. In the story they think the monkey ate a squirrel that had the plague. My mom would not let me near certain animals because of the potential of getting rabies or the plague.

The word (feel) was spelled correctly! I just used it out of context. :p: At least I didn't spell promise incorrectly. :p:

No, I promise it's not a cliffhanger. I (or my wife) just has to organize the pics. Then I have to write the trip report. What good is a trip report without pics, right? Would you want to read a text only TR ?

:p:
