Ah the Rivers of America are a found memory. I am not there anymore sadly. I needed fulltime statis more then I wanted to stay on the River. But I can visit the green water from the Casey Jr. Dock and the Canal.

I can still feed my duckies.

My friend Puma plays that game and I so miss her at Furry Paws.

I thought the duckies were animatronic, oh like wow. How do they survive that water. You can always play SG on days off and hang out on the old muddy river.

They are. It's an amazing process Disney uses to net them. Then they gut them and put in the hydraulics and nanolines so they can recreate the look of flight, eating and sex. You can tell which ducks have been converted by the band on their legs.

It's kinda like the Cybermen on Dr. Who.

My wife is one of those taken by the games... well, that is, until she started working for Disney FT. Now, she's only on EQ when she's home and awake, just a couple hours a day.

Shh. Don't ask don't tell. You speak of us like its a bad thing.

As for the ducks yes they are audio animatronic, but we have to "feed" them to convince the guests they are real. I'm an hour away from the park right now driving up to DL on my days off really isn't something I have a desire to do. I do miss going though maybe its time to plan an excursion.

On my trip to WDW, my wife and I went on KS at AK. One of the first animals we saw were hippos. The SG behind me asks his wife, "Are they real?" Effing moron.
