You also need to give us nice, well-behaved visitors a special box with a key that only we can open. That way, we can bitch-slap, stomp or maim the jerk visitor who keeps holding up the line or cutting or stealing other people's FPs! I recommend the pepper spray hunters use. It'll stop anything and anyone!

Oh, nah... just call security. That's considered a bomb threat. Having to collect their stroller from the bomb squad usually makes people think twice about the lock.

last time I had to deal with a locked stroller, back when I was still in Harambe, a certain manager (who shall remain nameless, but may have formerly been in entertainment) said that it wasn't a problem, and that I should just talk to the guest when they came back. Needless to say, this strategy didn't really work out all that well.
