David Hasselhoff wasn't bad when I met him. He didn't really talk much, but he definitely wasn't a jerk to me, and he didn't call attention to himself. And he actually paid for his merchandise, unlike the celebrity I helped the day before who had four items NSA'ed.

There's also the time I was talking with my manager in the Newsstand stockroom and a member of Tom Cruise's entourage barged in shouting "I'm with Tom Cruise blah blah blah...." and half scared the crap out of me.

Oh and how could I forget my first brush with fame, calling the Space Image edit room to have Bruce Willis' picture deleted.

Gee, you guys in California get all the celebs. In five years, the best I've been able to manage was to tell Spike Lee and his family to go sit in the back of the train.

Well, the seats up front were all full, but it was still worth it to see the look on his face. Thank goodness he laughed!

I got so upset about missing celebs that I started a notebook. It sits up in our tower and whenever someone sees a celeb they write it in the book. We've got almost two pages worth in six months.

"A little swordplay, now and then, keeps my mind off sheep!"

"You're messing with my Zen thing, man."

"Dreams are as portals,
flat visions of misty places,
fragments bound below my surface,
but I can write dreams,
they flow from me,
inscribed but now unbound,
I touch them,
and they are real,
and they are real."

i've seen andy dick, wayne brady, the guy from grounded for life (helped him out of a boat,) Famke what's her face, while i was a guest at BTM. the wayans bros came and tried to get some girl in their party onto the ride and she was too short... for the matterhorn, one of the Fantasyland leads radioed ours as a heads up, i don't know if their plaids did anything to make our lives easier. had all of mad tv, pretty much, at indy, same day as andy dick. i've seen a few familiar faces, but couldn't put names to them. i've probably posted a few of those before, and probably in this thread.

I saw kelly Clarkson when the princess diaries premiere party was happening at hollywood and dine. Then once the cast and crew of Alias was having a party at hollywood and dined that I worked, but didn't see anyone famous but coworkers did. Then I saw Andy Dick in downtown disney during the abc primetime weekend.

Never ran into any while I was working, but back when I was an AP holder, I once was in line for Space in front of Tone Loc, and I was in the park the day that Tom Hanks was shooting the DL scenes for "That Thing You Do."

(This also isn't counting special events such as the Prime Time weekend or the like...)

Never saw Dame Julie in the Park, but I did have dinner at the next table to hers at California Grill one night. Does that count?
