:duh: I worked @ Cirque Du Soleil at Downtown Disney and we would go dark for an extra 2 days every 90 days. This is planned out over a YEAR in advance and we would put up a sign in front of the box office (so you practically have to TRIP over the damn thing to get to the box office windows) that said there were NO performances of the show that night....and it NEVER FAILED that some idiot would come up 10 min before what WOULD NORMALLY BE showtime and try and buy last-minute tickets. I would put on my BEST Disney-smile and inform them that we are dark and there are no shows tonight. Then they'd get PISSED at me and storm off...
