FT = Full Time
CP = College Program
CS = Casual Seasonal = Full time, under 6 months/year, no benefits or seniority
Of course these terms apply to WDW. I understand Disneyland has a different set of employment categories.
We also have CT = Casual/Temp aka Seasonal = work a minimum of 40 hours/year, no benefits or seniority
