Ok, I'm replying to three posts in this one, so let's see if I can keep it from being too confusing.

It's actually, I think, a case of a time limit on editing. Some boards do this to prevent people from going back and changing their words if a flamewar ensues.
Finally, somebody who actually proposes a date! :D:

Monday is pretty good for me, save I have to get my wife away from her sister's place in West LA, and that could delay our arrival.

Y'all wanna try for a dinner meet with park visit after (or not)? Storyteller Cafe perhaps, or maybe some place that's more appropriate to a CM budget?

I don't know if we could do Storyteller Cafe. What Main Streeter says about CM budgets holds doubly true for someone working at Universal Studios, particularly with the bouts of illness I've faced the last couple of weeks.
The sign ins are only good @ DCA as our MGP for DL is blocked until 8/21. Can you live with this?
I don't mind DCA, although I was kind of looking forward to finally getting to ride Space Mountain for the first time since 2002. :p:

There are cafes in DTD which are reasonable. Always Denney's on Katella. I know the ambiance is bleak  but food & CM discounts + seating is good for a M & G. Will see if I have any passes we got in June. They're in the car :o: Give me a few days, unless you want to clean my car for me :) ?? Did I hear a yes ]

Point taken. Never been to The Inn Between. I'm up for that except for the risk to all our jobs. Denny's could work.

I'll be on the road starting tomorrow, so may post a bit intermittantly (read: whenever I can find an unprotected hotspot). Feel free to organize something -- Wednesday would be especially good for us, but late Monday works too.

Well, of course my schedule is all over the place for this upcoming week, closing Monday, almost opening Tuesday, closing Wednesday, almost opening Thursday and closing Friday. I don't have the exact times, haven't written them down yet, but when a day and time gets decided I'll let you know if I can go or if I'm working. I'll be at Storybook all week, so feel free to come by and you can even ride my boat. :)

On the parade route in either the Plaza (Coke Corner to the popcorn stand on the hub) or the Hub after 6:15. As for a DEC/Inn Between budget yup that's me too. Though a trip to Story Tellers would be fun only if it had the off chance of seeing one of Fantasmic!'s former leads. Let us know Zazu I can get to the park early but all my shifts end at 10:30.

These are the rafts TO the island. Not AROUND, not OVER, not UNDER and not THROUGH. Thank you for riding T. Saywer's shuttle service please visit again.

Let's get together on this, and figure out what the plan is for Monday, if possible. I'd love to know what's going on, and I should have my schedule for next week tomorrow.

On Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, I'll be on Columbia, and on Thursday I'll be doing a mid-day shift at Pirates. So you have no excuse not to stop by and say hello!

i'll be at tiki rom 330 to close on monday, and the parade route for the rest of the week, until saturday when i'm off. We should take him to the denny's on St. College and Katella, see if they give him a discount.

Zazu, as a fellow conductor i look forward to meeting you, and would be willing to try to make it in early one day to show you around the park, get you through fastpass lines, tender rides on the train, and prime seating for the parade (which i'm sure you can find all on your own, just show up a billions years early.)

order of float on main street for first parade
Pan, tink, and other fairies, in front of mad hatter
Beauty and the beast, Main street train station.
pinnochio- city hall
little mermaid - emporium
alice in chains.. i mean wonderand, crossover
lion king, crstal shoppe sorta
end float coke corner/photo supply
i think that's about right... the walkways get crowded near the north end of main street so it's difficult to really pay attention to the floats when you're up there.

Gimme some soft serve!
