I'm really hoping the refurbished Star Tours will take some of the line up away from TSMM !

Really though it is both a limitation of space and the technology. The trains can't be made larger or the gaming would not work, and a second ride system can not be added as the building is full. It was not an underestimation, they knew it would be popular, just nothing really can be done to improve it. Now once Soundstage 1 is freed up from it's current usage as the NGE lab, an entire second ride system could be installed, but I really don't see this happening. Like all attractions, popularity will (and has) decreased over time. Remember, being able to replicate the entire experience at home is not that far off, 3D gaming is in the near future.

Also, some of the capacity per hour was cut down with the new gates

It may take some off, but probably not enough (as Star Tours has a height limit).

That is one limitation of DHS. There are just so darn few RIDES that littler kids are interested in.

That's why I'm hoping DHS will add some more rides (especially some that little kids can ride).

As a mathematician and accountant I have really enjoyed reading everyone's opinion in the Great FastPass Debate. However, I have to agree with Ms. Mattherhorn and GaTechGal and say "fastpass rocks"!! We use it as it was intended to use and it has helped us tremendously (how the hell else are you supposed to ride Peter Pan?!? lol). Anyway....I can honestly say that I've added to Disney's profits because of FP.....we visit stores and eat while waiting for our window. Yes, we ride other rides as well because sometimes our window is not for hours. But, darn it all, I really like FP.

And who doesn't like sharing the magic by handing those FP that you are too tired to use to guests just arriving in the park!

With all this FP talk, maybe we need the smiliey-meister to cook up a fastpass smiley ! Oh Zazu ! :zazu:

We've done that a number of times and it really is a lot of fun! Almost an attraction in and of itself.

I have three to offer. Let me know which one you'd like to keep:

Fastpass #1: :fastpass1

Fastpass #2: :fastpass2

Fastpass #3:

I vote for #2. Or should the bathroom one be called #2?
