Here's the original one in Lahaina.

They ripped Jimmy off for the name but, like Elvis, Jimmy is everywhere. He sued and now owns a piece of it.

Yesterday a mom came frantically to the fruit cart in Frontierland.

She asks a male CM if he could call the manager for BTRR. She claimed that her son went on BTRR, just came off the attraction and the new attraction CM's won't let her son ride.

CM: We have contacted the manager and he/she is on their way.

Female Guest sits to the side with her family.

(Me, the kid looks like he is almost 3)

CM: Manager and a security officer come over and the kid is measured. Security CM: There are reasons why we measure the short guests. Your son did not get on the ride because she is 6 inches short.

CM Manager: I suggest you don't try lying to other attractions. This can cause you son to get hurt.

I was near that area for a while. The CM did not move from the area for almost 2 hours. After the family left, he stayed where he was.

Seriously: If the kid is not tall enough, don't lie to the CM's working that ride. If your nose starts to grow like a carrot, get out of there before someone kicks you out of the park and gets you banned for major stupidity!!

It's funny how it's different stroks for different folks. My whole family LOVES cilantro. In fact, we were just talking the other day about how Bath and Body Works should make a cilantro scented soap. We use it in A LOT of dishes and think that it makes things taste fresher.

People cook with lavender, which is so closely related to soap and washing that washing women were known as "lavenders" in Medieval Europe. And a lot of etymologists believe it got it's name from the root "lavar" -- "to wash." So soap scented soap isn't something new. ;)

I too think that a bit of cilantro can make some recipes taste "fresher," but I have yet to brave any of my lavender cookie recipes... nor Turkish delight, which is rose flavored.

Be careful. You might get someone making a BO scented soap as a joke if you continue with that logic.

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Quite true. And man oh man, do I love lavender cupcakes and cookies and icing, for that matter! Hypocrisy, knitster is thy name! :o:

My mom and I made Turkish delight a few years ago. It did not turn out well at all.

You should go to the Maui Lavender Farm.
