A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.

At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.
Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

Maybe you need to try something I used when child sitting (when I was much much much younger than I am now..and could get away with it). I learned how to be an escape artist, specifically escaping from ropes. Then I would challenge the kids. I would sit in a chair and let them tie me to the chair. I would be out of the ropes in under a minute. Then I would set them in the chair and tie them up. An hour later I would check to see if they give up and want to be released. They would actually BEG me not to untie them. :D: :D:

the only thing worse than a drunk is a BLABBERMOUTH.
Zazu is a gentleman and very good with people. I am sure he could keep her busy for hours. I would be in parks so that means no posting here, lol

Vixen wanted to see the view of the Rockies I was telling her we could see from our deck. This picture was taken out of our master bedroom window. That tall mountain is Long's Peak, one of 54 fourteeners in the Colorado Rockies.
This link will tell you all about the fourteeners on Colorado. This list shows only 53, but another wall map we got of them shows 54 and a postcard says 54 as well. Maybe they measured another one since this page went up!

Aw, Susi! This makes me homesick! I recognized Longs Peak right away. I didn't have a view of it from the house where I grew up in Applewood -- we were too close to the foothills -- but once we'd go to the store or church it'd be in sight.
I miss the mountains!!! :(

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.
