Stupid Guest Tricks

That would make sense about the two actuators. With only one needing to be covered, there's too much room for mistakes.

I don't know if this one is fired or not, but I was definitely helping him to leave. On Wednesday I was working the pass gate at the Studio and this CM comes up and tries to use his 2007 MGP. First thing I tell him before I notice it is the 2007 is that I have to see his ID card. He has a temporary (white) ID with an expiration date of December 5, 2007, which had been about four weeks ago.

I had already handed his MGP back to him when he said he had not gotten his 2008 yet. Anyway, I turned the ID in to the coordinator, who was going to run it through management. If he had not tried to give me a hard time I would probably just suggested that he go over to the ID card section for a current card.

Anyway, he will have to deal with either his manager or Security for trying to use an expired ID card.

Sounds like you caught him before he had a chance to get in for free. I would think that the new I.D.'s would be issued way before the expiration, just to keep something like that from happining.

Something that happened recently...
A CM came to Epcot from DAK and asked for a FP to Soarin' from the greeter. They gave him two, since he had four people, (they gave a child swap, good for three people) in the process of getting to merge he apparently gave one away. When he got to merge he caused a big fuss because they wouldn't let them all in. The CM called for a manager and mentioned the fact that they were drunk! The manager shows up and confiscates their IDs. The CMs get pissed and come ask me if they can speak to that manager. The argue for another 20 minutes before leaving. Something tells me they were termed for not only being disruptive, but drunk on company property.
