You can also see them at pylon 145 near the Poly bus stop and pylon 175 directly across from the Epcot monorail station on the way into the park. There are quite a few more places (there are 75 holdpoints on the system), but those are probably the easiest to find without going too far out of the way, and that actually have the windows on them where you can see inside (at least I *think* 175 has a window - it's been a while since I looked). The components you see inside the cabinets are the MAPO transmitters themselves.
