DisneyMom - that's great that you ran into Susi and Ralphie. I'm so glad they made it to DL, and hope neither one of them comes down sick this time.
Aww, Wazz I love ya. You're too sweet. I still say I am a...trainwreck LOL

Hoping to see Wall-E again tomorrow with Dad if all goes according to plan still- he's going to love it!

I can just picture Susi with all her Wall-E loot woot!! I hope she had a great time...isn't her surgery coming up really really soon? Will be keeping her in my thoughts....

Just a quick note as a warning about the kids bedsheets- they are really, REALLY low thread count. We had Disney Princess ones for my daughter and we were shocked when she woke up with these raw spots on her elbows, knees, ankles...turned out it was the sheets! They make them so cheap for kids I wish they'd put more into them I'd pay more for them.

I honestly recommend using the pillow cases for decoration only- then getting plain sheets and the blankets to wall-e-ize. I got the kids comforter (I am a blankie loving woman LOL) and it is ROUGH. It's taken about four washes and it's still like sandpaper...but we love to look at it, and the cat deigns to sleep on it so it must be getting softer!

I cannot wait for the DVD-E!!!!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

I'm so glad I got all my toys before the movie came out LOL but if we do go to the show tomorrow I'll have to ask if they have any watches left...

night all!

BEST MOVIE EVERRRRRRR!

It has a great message behind it, is visually stunning, and very cute and funny. I think it'd be hard to find someone who doesn't like this movie.

I Love Wall-e

:wall-e: Back in Denver! I have a new favorite movie of all time now! The movie is just...just...there are no words for it. I was bawling like a two yr old, then laughing like a lunatic! :D: We saw it at the very first showing at the Downtown Disney theatres at 12:01 AM on the 27th. There were about 1500 people there!

Then we saw it again on Sat! And I am going to go again tomorrow. It is my last chance to see it before surgery. I go in on Wednesday morning and will be in the hospital for 3-4 days. Then when I get back home I will be in brace for 6 weeks. I will not be able to go anywhere really for a while. So I will have to wait to see Wall-E and Eve. I need to see it tomorrow!

I did get everything that Disneyland had! The interactive lovebirds and the plushies and the action figures and the Wall-E that you can turn into a cube and books, lots and lots of Wall-E books. There are so many for every age group. Got the soundtrack CD and the Art of Wall-E book. I ordered the Ultimate Wall-E tonite.

BIG THANKS TO DISNEYMOM AND FAMILY!!!!!!
They got me the 7 pin set from the Disney Soda Fountain and a surprise pin that came with it, a really cool Eve pin that opens up to show a little plant! ;) I have the WDW set ordered and the LE two Pre movie release pins and opening Day pin. I am set....for awhile. I know they will keep coming up with more and more *stuff*. And I will HAVE to have it! I want to surround myself with Wall-E and Ev-ah!

I am in love with that little guy! He is such a helicopter boyfriend. ;) heeheehee...He reminds me of Ralphie in so many ways, how he is with Ev-ah!
Ralphie acts like Wall-E a lot! He really liked the film too!

I love the film and Wall-E and I have to go again! Tomorrow, maybe twice for good measure! ;)

It was so great seeing the Disneymom fambly at DL. We all went to the Goofy's Kitchen character Dinner and had a group photo taken with Minnie. The guys all posed with Cinderella  and I had a great time talking to Goofy in my Goofy voice! The next morning (Sunday) we all went to Paradise Pier PCH Grill for the Lilo and Stitch character breakfast. There we all posed together with Daisy Duck and got lots of one on one time with Stitchy and Lilo. Pluto was there too and he was wild! I got lots of pics and will try to post them sometime in the future. I will not be able to do much computing over the next several weeks. Won't be able to sit too long here. :( Lots of TV and short walks. LOTS and LOTS of short walks. That is what they want me to do. WALK, WALK, WALK!!!!!!

Anyway, Wish me luck on my surgery that I am terrified of having. I know it will help in the long run, but I am just so scared right now. Seeing Wall-E helped and going to DL helped and seeing Disneymom and her fambly really helped! So I will go to Wall-E tomorrow again and I AM going to take my little Wall-E soft body, (not really a plushie) with me.

Bru, I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad you saw it and loved it! I was thinking of you when we went to see it! I KNEW you would love it! It is wonderful and marvelous and amazing and should be the film of the year! I have a plushie Eve (she is a plushie with white faux fur) and a Wall-E that is soft, but not faux fur. They are actually quite small. I would say that they are about 4-5 inches tall, that's it. I thought the plushies would be bigger, but they are not. I have a set of them for you, Bru as a gift. Let me know where to send them to and when they arrive (they are being shipped here from DL) I will have Ralph get them out Fed-Ex. I know you will love them as much as I do. I bought all my Wall-E stuff the first day we were there, cause I had a feeling that once the movie was on, they would run out of items and sure enough, no more plushie Eve and soft-body Wall-E. They were running out of the action figures as well.
So I got a set especially for you and made sure I got it first thing, so I would not miss out on them. You just let me or Ralphie know how to get them to you and Ralphie will probably be the one to get them out to you, once they get here.

I am going to bed now, I am tired. Tho we had a very relaxing trip and did not run around like crazy doing the Parks, travelling does take it out of ya! We really just slept in and wandered around the Downtown Disney area and did a few attractions and took naps and ate good food and rested. It was planned to be a restful trip and we accomplished that! Not too much Park time this trip, but it was great just *being there* and soaking up the magic. We did see the Billy Hills which is one of our faves and we did Soarin' and POTC of course!
I will post more tomorrow. If I can get a few pics up, I will.
Night, Night everyone...

Saw Wall-E last night.
This film is nothing short of amazing. The visuals are so stunning. I was in tears when Wall-E was in space. It was so beautiful. The last scenes are so touching.
I just went on to Amazon and bought the Art of Wall-E book and the How to Draw Wall-E book. (Very tough choice since the book on Pixar,To Infinity and Beyond was on sale.) An early birthday present to myself.
I will probably buy the DK Visual Guide too. I would like small models of Wall-E and Eve (and possibly the little cleaning robot.),but it's not a priority.
Hands down, this is the Oscar winner for best animated feature.

...And if it weren't for the "Best Animated" category, I'd be betting that it would be a nominee for "Best Picture," period, like Beauty and the Beast.

I finally saw WALL-E last night, and... and... you guys have taken all the best adjectives. Loved it!!!! :wall-e:

Oh boy, I bet C loved it! He must have been in Heaven! He was begging for us all to go on Sunday! I am glad you got to see it! When are you going again? hahaha...
Isn't it just the best movie? It was so much fun seeing you again! We love to hang out with you and the Disneymom fambly! You are all so much fun! When I have recovered properly, we will be back to DL and if Wall-E is still showing we will all go together! And we will get your hubby on Soarin'! I swear if he has to sit between you and I and we hold his paws, he WILL go on with us next time! :)

Or you could come here soon? Right? I do need a nurse to take care of me in my convalescence! heeheehee!

Hehe, Hubby might need a straitjacket to hold him down on Soarin'!
We will see Wall-E again soon, I'm sure. ;)
We loved seeing you and Ralphie, too!
Make Ralphie get on the board to update us on everything, and I'll be calling
as well. :)
You know we are praying for you and Ralphie and a successful surgery and recovery. They will take good care of you, I am confident!
