If your dislikes are genetic, you could patent and sell that gene as the cure/prevention for childhood obesity ! So many people would love to have the chocolate monkey off their back. And to avoid coffee and the most sugary of condiments as well.....

Damn, I wish I could find something that I have a severe dislike for (other than coffee). All the others would be a lot better for my weight/height ratio! Right now I am way to short for my weight!

I wish, but my parents and brother all love all of these things... so if it is genetic it's recessive, and I don't know how effective gene therapy is at imparting recessive traits.

Everyone has likes and dislikes, I'm not not a huge soda drinker and never really have been. If you do, cool with me. Doesn't really effect me either way to be honest, same thing with food. Not my job to force it on you and I'm such a picky eater I've got no room to talk.
Then there is this.
Two Words: Brussels Sprouts.
They are simply inedible!
Yes, I am still a five year old when it comes to this things. They are made by Satan I tell you!

IMNSHO, I am of the belief that when you boil spinach, you render it unfit for human consumption. My grandma thought I was nuts when I was back east with mom and I asked that I be served raw spinach. She had to take some out before boiling the rest of it.
