Go to Flickr and open the image.
On top of the image you'll see some gray text. Click on All Sizes.
You'll now see a bunch of sizes on top of the image. Click on Medium.
Copy the text in the box titled 2. Grab the photo's URL:.
Go to SGT and create a Reply.
Click on the Insert Image icon.
Paste the text from Flickr into the box and click Okay.
Click Preview Post.
Done!

Had something else on copy, but I wrote down the code and put it in manually. Thanks, Hobie, you rock!
