I'm nicely enlightened about the WDW company and it's history.

I start training on Sunday.

Allow me to be the first to say it officially here,

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

BW, you're @ AK i see. We been having lunch there (Pride Rock) the last two days. You happen to see a heap of newbies in basics huddled at a table?

Did you stay awake during that awesome sexual harassment video?

Please don't tell me that the basics is now a 2 day course. IMHO if you need a course to teach you the basics, you are not the kind of person that Walt wanted to work at his park.

Anyway, Congrats. Do you know where you will be working?

I just thought of something funny, During the basics, you are asked to tell what your favorite Disney memory was. Most had family things or tender memories except this one bus driver.

He gets up and says that his favorite Disney memory was the time he was driving down World Dr in a RTS. It started to rain and he went to turn on the windshield wipers and the knob came off in his hand.

Needless to say, the facilitator skipped him in the next round of playacting.

Why..it sounds like he was remembering a good point. Things unplanned happened! The trainer should have run with that and used it to teach people to be prepaired if something dosn't go to script!

OR he didn't like the negative connatation!
