I knew there was a topic that was started on here somewhere!!

I recently was playing in the park earlier today and overheard a father say that he is going to take his kids on "Winnie Pooh" and to the "Mark Twain Island!" LOL

I call it that sometimes, simply so I don't have to explain what TTA is to whoever I'm talking to.
And it's Tomorrowland Transit Authority.
Looks like you messed up...

From what I remember from Knott's Berry Farm:
Hat Dance: Mexican Tea Cups ride
Stagecoach: The Horse Carriage ride, where you ride the horses
Camp Snoopy: Snoopy Camp
And then there's people who haven't been to Knott's in a while, and ask for the Corkscrew, the Haunted Shack, the Go-Karts, the mission displays, the Church of Reflections (moved across the street), etc.. They used to have a burro ride, but it's gone, too. Also asked for, but mainly in Camp Snoopy, is the petting zoo. Some people also asked about the dolphin show, fireworks show, and other long gone attractions. Oh, and Parachute Drop.

WhirlWind: WhirledWind, WorldWind, WhirlyGig, *in a very proper British accent* The MAD Blue and Yellow Ride
Screamin' Eagle: Screamin' Hawk, Screambird
Jack Rabbit: Jacko Rabbit, Jackoff Rabbit
Spring: *in a very proper Brittish accent* The Drop Ride
Kid City: Kiddy Shooty (but not *shoot*)
Eagle Valley: Bird Pit

"Soarin' Over Flooryduh"?
"Flyin' Over Nevada"?
"Breaking Free Over South Dakota"?
"Soaring Under Seabreeze"?
"The Soarin Ride"?

Needless to say, I smiled and told him that Fantasmic! would start that evening promptly at 7:00pm  :D:
As soon as I get on the PeopleMaker-MOVER!.

This might be an accent thing, but I'm really almost positive it's not.
I was talking to a Guest about Extra Magic Hours and which rides were still open. I hadnt seen the Times Guide and we were just conversing casually about it. She reads off- just like this- that "Star Turrs and Tower of Turr are open." She had *no* speech impediment. She had *no* noticible accent. She sounded/talked like I do. That is by far the worst pronunciation of those two names I have *ever* heard. Turr?? Nooo

It is starting allready.
Today, someone asked me"Where is that New Johnny Depp ride?"

What I wanted to say " UH, the New JD ride is the 40 year old Pirates of the Caribbean ride".

I honestly think that if I was asked this, I would pretend to have no idea what they were talking about. It's not a JD ride, he's in like one spot, or that's what I hear, I haven't made it on yet.

BTW, any Pirates CMs here, I heard it was a two hour line today and the line started at Main Street station.

Try five. I talked to a few people who had waited four.
