In that case, for safety sake, they should be printed on flash paper.

If they print the warning on a piece of red paper, CM's would probably not read it.
If it is in yellow with caution written on it, maybe CM's would.
About a month ago we had some kids crash through a side door with a shopping cart. The police put up caution tape and everyone stayed away from the broken glass.

Its all about just how much heat is used. During my years at Phantom of the opera on a daily basis we used a commercial heat gun to dry the flash paper. Its shipped and stored wet, but it must be dry in order to burn properly. To get it just right for the skull staff, it took a few minutes with the heat gun, especially in the summer.
We also put heat shrink on the shoulders of the electric matches, so they would not short out in the firing tubes. sitting there heat shrinking a match was an exercise in finesse. Get the match too hot and WOOF it went off in your face!

Jungle Cruise, 6:30 last night. I rotate into FP return. The CM i'm bumping out warns me of a family that was giving him a hard time, trying to get in about 20 min early with a 6:55 fastpass. Not even 5 minutes after he leaves, the guest approaches me, calls me by the wrong name, and tries kissing up to me! I play dumb, pretending that I had no idea what this family did to my colleague, and as firmly and nicely as possible, turn down his pleas for access. Using excuses like, "We have a baby" etc... I remind him that this park is full of babies and I can't allow them in a moment earlier. It was a beautiful moment. As soon as he left, the greeter and FP distribution CM start cracking up, knowing full well of the scenarios with the previous CM. To say the least, thy waited EVERY MINUTE.
