Well it has been so damned hot already at work that when I go outside I keep hoping the sprinklers are on so I can accidentally get soaked! :D:
Like guests would notice? Nah...they can not even read the big sign saying Magic Kingdom..."look we are at Disney!"
I did threaten an engineer to grab a hose and just plop it over my head and stand there. His leer was priceless... :p:
I hate SUMMER....yes, I am from Florida. Do not get me started.

I would happily trade you summer in Ontario! Smog, tornado's, And coming this summer - tent caterpillars (on their 7 year cycle), plus the G20 meeting to totally wreck traffic flow in the city.

Floridians are allowed to complain about the summer heat/humidity. I'm sure it's in the state constitution somewhere. Those who cannot are the tourists who didn't read the small print on the welcome sign in the rest stops / airports where it says: "Caution: State of Florida may get HOT during summer" :D:

I agree totally! I'm a native Floridian (yes, there are a few of us around :) )and that gives me the right to complain about the heat. Florida gets hot and humid during the summer, this is a fact. :sweating:
I was on stroller parking for a while today and was wishing I had a rag to wipe the sweat off my forehead. I wound up having to take my hat off as it was getting quite warm.
Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.
We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious…
and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.

There's a reason I don't go to WDW in the Summer anymore, it was a mistake when we did it before. February, now that's a good time to visit.

I remember going there with my sister and my best friend. Mid Sept, the heat is still there. The humidity and the beautiful palmetto bugs. :D:

AND Its Love Bug season.
They are worse than gypsy moths (except love bugs don't eat all the foliage off of the trees)
No longer the Wearer of Purple Pants
No longer a General in the Bolivian Army!
