From shirts to rape to gray hair to skin tags. Damn, talk about an off-topic thread.
Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

? Why would you be in chat rooms with 9+ year olds?mechurchlady wrote:Everyday on line I see girls age 9 and older hunting for boys. They talk about sex and flirt. One girl was showing off the belly rings of her and a friend bye showing a photo of them with their shirts pulled up and their jeans unzipped with panties showing. Mom dont know or dont care it seems.
Thats not a good habit. Some of my "clients" have done that, too their bad endings!

I actually HAVE been sunburned like this when I was younger. It was so bad that it turned purple and then got little white blisters all over it. It was all over my body in the areas that my bikini did not cover. My legs were so burned and red and then purple, I could not stand or walk. It hurt really bad.hobie16 wrote:
I am much more careful now. I TRY to go slowly, by starting with 15 minutes in the sun, then 30, and if I have to be in the sun all day, like at the parks or flea market, I try to find some shade for a while. Those kinds of sunburns are dangerous. And very, very painful! :(

Re: Please wear an actual shirt
I must admit that I got that red ONCE! I was on vacation and some friends had a ski boat. We all went to the Colorado river (in the desert!) and played around on a three day weekend. the bad part was that I had not worn shorts for several years, as I had to wear a uniform, and my vacations tended to be during the winter! (yeah, I had tourist "fishbelly" legs!)
Didn't realize HOW MUCH sun I was getting!
So bad that I got sick when I returned. Had to use the water/vinagar wash.
The worst part was wearing long pants when I started itching and peeling!
I hope thats a fake picture, but if not, give her some RUM!!!

My dad has that fishbelly color but he is almost blue. He NEVER in his life wore shorts. We went to Seacliff beach (near Santa Cruz) when I was younger and he took off his shoes and socks and fell asleep for hours. He was in trouble. He had swollen bright red and purple feet with white blisters that were not filled with water, but a white exudate. He got very sick and had to miss work for two week. He sat in his recliner and stayed there. He could not walk at all. The bottoms of his feet were barbequed as well. The worst sunburn I had ever seen. It was so painful for him.

That would not be a fun thing. I wonder how many guests that go to the water parks at WDW end up doing that.

My niece has lupus and some other weird combination of diseases, as well as being an albino like the rest of the family (and the poor girl is only in her 20s). After just one day in the FL sun, she wasn't actually red but more of a deep maroon/plum colored horrible shade. Never saw anything like it in my life! Guess it's due to her illnesses; she had covered up and used an umbrella but she has major problems with sun exposure. I wasn't cruel enough to snap a photo.

I work outside. I am partually out in the shade and sun. So now my friends have been making fun of my odd tans. I wear sun screen. Burning your feet furts as bad as your back.
I hate to go out to the pool on vacation and see how the life guards act. Less than 5 weeks and I will be out there on vacation. Big Wallaby, hopefully you will be still with the monorail crew. My friend Arnold works on the monorails too. ;)

I'm waiting for pictures to show what happens when she peals herself off of the leather couch.hobie16 wrote:
