I first heard of it several years ago, in one of the farmer's almanacs I enjoy reading. They had a bit in the fun and games section that said a clever schoolkid brought a petition to school, and gave a presentation on the effects of dihydrous monoxide. After his presentation, he brought out the petition and asked his peers if they would like to sign it, so dihydrous monoxide could be banned. After collecting the signatures, he let it slip that what they were actually banning was water!

Not exactly. Last time I went to Clarkesville it was by Riverboat. I did get me some coffee flavored kisses though.
