wow guys way to rip the long timers a new one, i thought that story was great, just because he didn't let the other guy win, DLSweeper, is just that a dl sweeper, and the shit that all cast member have to put up with is justified with the crap we give guests when guests. it's the internet, speeling doesn't count, error not intentional, but i'm going to leave it because only uptight ninnys would nitpick it. sure it took me a second or two to figure out pirets but it's foenetik. and what's with all the language being tossed around. This is a different atmosphere than other forums, we're not here to tear at each other, i've got one and it works just fine, so long as i don't get pasta with redsauce from starz dinners, and i'm sure sweeper's is fine too, so why rip new ones!?

If some new kid at your work location were to walk up to you and start telling you that you're not doing your job right, and that you act like an AP, you'd proably remind them of their role. Yeah y'all sound like that new kid right now, go sandpaper your ID and make it at least look like you have some sort of talking rights.

Reguardless if they are a CM, AP, or none of those, if you are bothering the hell out of me and others, I'll go out of my way to let you know that it bothers me :)

that's just as bothersome to the person bothering you, whatever happened to mannors? if someone is bugging me on a ride i'll eaither ignore it, and if it's a short wait, ride agian, or if it's really buggin me, or i know it's going to be some time before i get another chance to go on, i'll ask them to politely discontinue what they're doing, and if they don't stop oh well, it sucks, but, i'll certainly live.

I think "what happened to manners" is our main point, here. Although I can't judge based on the tone, I can say that the man's choice of words was polite.

but staring down the person isn't. that's just like say let's go B, show me what you got, and then they got it.

DLSweeper is in fact a CM. Won't get into sushing vs talking while on an attraction. Am guilty of both. But coming down so harshly on a known CM/poster for a few spelling errors is just plain wrong :!: A display of valid education & "good manners" dictates acceptance. Once was told spelling OL is no big deal....especially when relaxing. Let's learn to lighten up. THANKS :)

I agree there... regardless of whether or not they are well-known, it's wrong. Just as is going about talking behind someone's back (literally, I might add) about their breast size/gender.

On a slight tangent, I've always wondered about the phrase "behind someone's back"... Wouldn't behind someone's back be in front of them? If you were talking about them with their back turned, wouldn't you be in front of their back?

Or do I just need to change my medication dosage?

(change the dose) it was a rude way to get back, but if you've not had the urge to do that to a guest yet, then you need to spend a few more weeks in the magic kingdom, work a Fantasmic! shift, or do anything that invovles working in the foods or retail line of bussiness. Anyone who worked this past holiday season should probably be at that point as well.

Good point about the behind-the-back thing... makes me ponder. Hmm.

Okay, now I'm really confused. Is it just me, or were you disagreeing with me a while ago?

This is my point exactly. For all we know, the guy DLSweeper was talking about (let's call him Bob, shall we) has a job with as much exposure to rude guests as a Cast Member. So, are you talking about Bob's snappy comment to DLSweeper, or are you talking about what DLSweeper said about his girlfriend, wife, gal pal, whatever you want to call her? (Ah, Jane would be a good name.)
