The one question for sure they are going to ask you is....

Why do you want to work at the Disneyland Resort?

There will usually be at least one other person with you during the interview. Questions about team work, how you interacted with guests. That kind of thing.

There are three interviewees and they hire 2 out of the three. It's pretty easy to get a job there.

I am thinking of transferring to Adventureland/ Frontierland/ Main Street.

^You aren't necessarily competing against those besides you. They could hire all of them, some of them, or none of them; it all depends on hiring needs and performance in the interview/skills. Also, they don't group interviewees necessarily by department they want, in my interview we all got hired into completely different areas.

The other person in my interview was going for hotels and I was going for attractions. I got hired I don't think he did.

Yeah, I iterviewed with two others wanting to go to Food ops. and they weren't hired, There was one who i was pretty sure would be though. i made sure to at least pretend like i was paying attention to what the others were saying, and made eye contact with them, and with the HR rep. I went in knowing that i'd probly get hired, and with a do what i gotta do attitude, and i think that's what made the difference.

"Why do you want to work at Disney Land Resort?" MEng85, this is the 3rd question! How could I ever forget this one??? Will also be the last question "formally" asked you by HR interviewer. Throw in something abt wanting to be a part of the Magic for Disney Land's 50th Birthday. Can't hurt. Thanks alot Stduck! We needed your help.
