Why would you want to go to legoland? If you REALLY want to I am sure I can get LegoDan to hook me up with tickets. (If I remember correctly he's got a bunch of comp tickets)

first of all the comp tickets expired on september 30th, and yes legoland is for little kids, hopefully under new ownership they'll go more toward any family, rather than those who just have kids between 3 and 13.

we have 3 rollercoasters, two of them are as intense as gadget's go-coaster and the other (our newest) is up there with casy jr. (i probably misspelled it)

Does anyone know why you get Guest Complaints quicker then Guest Compliments?

b/c it's easier to complain, and try and get soemthing for it, than to realize we're doing our best to make life easier, and thank us for it.

Unfortunately this is "The American Mentality." :bang: When in USA, complain. Guests complain & seem to be rewarded. We're screwed.

Bad news travels faster than good news. It's a rule. Don't know why.

never got complaint, but when I put in my notice before I filled out the
term form I was given my first compliment card from cynthia... for my (I
think it was 6th) compliment in the quarter.

Quick question on guest compliments... Can I turn them in at any Guest
Services location, or does it have to be in the park where the CM works?
In other words, for a Magic Kingdom CM who deserves extra praise,
must I go to City Hall, or can I tell Guest Services back at the resort?

I want to do what I can to recognize those of you who make the magic,
but I also can't see my family wanting to wait for me to do so on the way
out of the park after a long day!

Thanks.

ETA - sorry, just realized this is in the DLR Forum. Hope it applies to
Florida too.
