We just like to mix it up. :D: Some days are all about magic and atmosphere. We've taken more pictures of architectural details and plantings than anything to do with most most people consider "Disney." We used to love to sit at Tusker House in the back and listen to the dishes being done in the upper story. We've also been known to spend a couple of hours on a walking trail in AK. Epcot at night is magical even when nothing is happening and we just abosrb the surroundings. Some days, though, we will set off and see how much we can do, just for the sheer fun and challenge. Of course, since we go often enough, we're not so invested in anything that our day will be ruined if there's something we can't fit in.

It's just all about having fun, for us, and there's no one way to do it. Just go until you run out of money! :broke:

too much to see and do. course thou, I like to look at everything. like, I would see at a park in WDW and just sit and look, and I would see devine before anyone else. I mean, how many would see and start at the trees waiting for a disney moment. or how many would watch all the trash cans they see hoping one of them is Push? How many will stand and watcg a AA after thier show is over while the others walk away, so you can see him mumble and pick his ear and look at it?
People dont realize there is disney magic all over. or even touch all the stuff at a ride cue line only to find a brass apple that has sound effects when you touch it... sometimes. or stand on a manhole some where, so you can hear the workers inderneath make comments about things. each year I get a good disney guide, like birnbaums and try all the new stuff they say to do. like stand in the cue line at HM and wait for one of the tombstones to open it's eyes and look around?
I don't think the people that do that want to experience a park to its fullest, they just want to go in, ride an attraction, then go to the next park. their thrill comes from being able to say they did it.

like the group that tries to ride 100 different roller coasters non-stop.

I'd rather go to a bbq restaurant,
and experience all 4 porks at once.

The day we did it, it just kinda happened. Keep in mind we are WDW veterans.

Staying at Yacht Club.
Started by going to AK for Rope Drop and spent a full day there.
Back to YC and changed for dinner at DHS. (Brown Derby)
Had enough time to take a boat to EPCOT and caught Illuminations. (Wanted to take shots with new camera / lenses)
MK was an EMH night and, well, since we could do it, walked back to Beach Club (closer) and hopped a bus for MK.

We caught Illuminations from near the International Gateway knowing we were catching a bus from BC to MK.

These kind of people really annoy me. They are the ones who walk in and ask where the rides are. Then when you talk them about shows or other cool stuff they look at you with a blank stare and they never saw that. They typically dont even ride all the rides because they think its too baby ish.

What a waste. Disney is not about the rides. If you want coasters then go to Cedar Point. Disney is an experience.

True, but these are the kind of people that will go with a timetable and RUN from attraction to attraction, or knock down people at "rope drop" to ride as many attractions as they can, and so forth.

when we go, the fastest we walk is a saunter, or possibly a mosey.

Let's not paint everybofy with the same brush. As I said earlier, we occasionally do it just for the sheer fun of the challenge, and it doesn't involve asking anyone where any rides are, or knocking anyone down. It can simply be a different experience. Just do a couple of your favorites in each park. BTW, for us, this has included shows, parades and fireworks. Our normal method for touring the parks is very casual and taking in all the little things. Just not always. Everyone has their own approach, but please let's not assume that people who might want to do all four parks in a day are necessarily obnoxious.

We've done at least 3 parks in one day. But not the entire park. And when we have passes we have done as little as one ride in a day. All depends on how we feel. Now my husband is not one to relax and savor the resort but I would be happy to have days with no park visits where I can just relax and use the amenities.
