I toyed with putting one of those light-up necklaces in her shell or her hair, but didn't plan ahead :(
As some of you already know, Ursula was Disqualified as I used a Foam Pumpkin instead of a real one-also she was not carved. Still was great fun to make her! :) :ursula:

What is the rest of her made of? Is she all foam? At first, I thought that was a real pumpkin and you put like cake frosting or something like that on it to make the rest of her. I mean, like you made a specially shaped cake and frosted it. Then I thought, no, maybe plaster. But what do I know--my creative medium is words, not visual arts.

Mainly used Model Magic(modeling compound from Crayola). I suspect it is like a moist foam,it air-dries. Sort of like working with marshmallow fluff!
Boobs are styrofoam ball cut in half, seashell is real. Tentacles are costume tails from Wal-Mart. Everything covered with Acrylic Paint and lots of GLITTER!
....and a Glue Gun is absolutely necessary! ;)
