I was going to say mom needed some parenting classes, but I'm sure that would have no effect.

I think sterilization and loss of her current child(ren) is more appropriate.

This is so sad, but my hubby is a police officer and he said it makes him so mad when he calls CPS they don;t do anything. I hope that because this happened there they will make a big deal out of it.

I cannot IMAGINE anything that would make you strike a child with a closed fist. Just crazy.

After the initial shock and disgust at this woman's (I do not call her a mother) actions, my next thought was -- I hope at least some of the witnesses are locals. It may be hard taking her to trial otherwise.

Do you think they might have it on CCTV?

Unfortunately, this woman will probably plead down to something....there won't be a trial. And hopefully someone actually caught it with video or regular camera.

I am disgusted.....I just want to go home and hug Quinn now.
