Stupid Guest Tricks

If they think WOW is witchcraft they should go watch a 747-400 take off. A friend of mine flies them and he's still amazed something that big can get off the ground.

I would not suggest the SG not to come and watch Fantasmic. That would be even worst.

That's because they don't get airborne. The windows are actually flat screen TV's and they are programed to look like the plane is way up in the air, taking off and landing. They are actually just driving down the interstate. It's silly to think that anything that large can actually get off the ground on it's own. Geez!

The 400 model is used for trans Pacific flights so the Interstate is out. The 400 is large enough to contain and deploy a ground effects skirt so it skims across the ocean.

This reminds me a short-short science fiction story I once read. It describes a brat who, as he gets older, asks his parents for things and, if he doesn't get them, he threatens to do something (like hold his breath till he's blue) and then even goes beyond what he threatened (he turns purple). His last threat is that he will stand in one spot and refuse to move.

The story then goes on to explain how fast the Earth is rotating, how fast it is going around the sun, and how fast the Solar system and, indeed, the galaxy is moving in relation to other stellar objects. It ends by saying that the brat got exactly what he deserved.

Clearly, some parent's never seen Fantasia with Yensid and Mickey playing with the Dark Arts.
