You know, now that you mention it...I do miss the Timekeeper. I was so impressed with how they managed to get that mechanical device to so closely mimic Robin Williams. I'm not talking about voice (for those that were about to correct me, I know it was Robin Williams), I'm talking about the physical gestures and mannerisms. It's almost like you could identify it with RW even if he wasn't speaking. That was a seriously under appreciated attraction.

In addition to a number of those listed above, I miss:
The Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland -- I know several who are building models of it, and every photo makes me sad.
The Flying Saucers -- because I never got to ride it.
Horizons -- or as some call it, "Carousel of Progress II". We have seen the future, but decided it wasn't interesting enough. Did you know that one of the Christmas cards on the mantle in Act IV of the CoP is from Tom, the submarine repairman from Horizons?
The Walt Disney World Railroad -- not that it's gone, but that I don't work there any more.
And despite my nick, the original Enchanted Tiki Room (with Offenbach).

Most certainly Alien Encounter, which I thought was pretty cool when I was 17. And one of its predecessors, Mission to Mars. Yes, I was 10 at the time, but I still thought it was cool.
And, though the attraction is still there, I kind of liked having the live spiels on Living with the Land. To get that, you have to take the Behind the Seeds tour (which was well worth the $16, by the way).

The Animation Building at the Disney Studios-wish it was still a working studio
