OMG Zazu I
still daydream about that cheeseburger that I had when we ate at the Wave last summer! (btw, do give my best to SWMBO!) But I don't think that one was bison...was it?
Wow. I still can't believe people think they could get in at Cali without an age old reservation between x-mas and new years...
Good luck with the last of the holiday lot!

Come on people! Could you plan ahead, even by a month?
So what I'm hearing you say is since I'm coming in early February I should have made dinner reservations already? Sorry Zazu, I guess Biergarten is out for out meet and greet. How about a Waffle House off property?

No, the switch to bison was recent, I think early December.

In early February the wait time for Biergarten and Waffle House maybe about the same.
Hello! It's the week between Xmas and New Years!!!
Still, why not book Biergarten now and avoid the rush?
Failing that, the Waffle House on 535 by Crossroads is the closest.

Bit longer than that I think. I had it October-ish. The cheese spread on it is amazing.

Stop it! You're making me hungry and I can't afford a plane ticket to florida right now..

I was kidding. I made my reservations for everyplace 180 days in advance. I'm not taking any chances.

A couple of years ago the wife and I wanted to do Victoria & Alberts for Thanksgiving. I made the reservation the very first day the web said I could (I think 180 days out).
It's not that tough.
But I will say that offering a bison burger is always helping in my book.

This should take care of your hunger!

lol I am already counting down to my 180-day mark! I can't wait. It's not like we eat at table service everyday, but you do have to plan ahead (even for the non busy time that we will be going). It just amazes me....
14 people, huh? Hope they'll like Pecos Bills.
