Diana was already Lady Diana Spencer(and a distant cousin to Charles)before they married,so I believe she had some "Royal Blood"....Sarah,I don't remember her title before.....
I think Diana's title got changed after the Divorce,and yeah,Don't think Camilla is a Princess Maybe because she is a Divorcee'?

OK,after a little internet reading.....
Diana was called HRH Diana,Princess of Wales,the HRH removed after the divorce.Camilla has title of Duchess of Something. When William gets married, the Queen can make him a Duke,making Kate a Duchess (they'll call her Catherine) If Charles becomes King,Kate would be able to be called HRH Princess of Wales, and Camilla could be crowned "Queen" by Charles....
At least that's the way I understood it

That sounds right, I'm not fully up on modern royalty, but I'm a bit of a history nerd and that's how things go in that world. :)
