I would test my fellow CMs with that one. "Dude if I called that person a customer, what would you do?" No one ever got it right.

I'd love to know what they say for fires, theft, fights, etc.
Speaking of Code U, we had one last night in Cell Block E. We were recovering the store after the guests left and I smelled something bad. Just as I was gonna mention it, the lead looked down and saw a big puddle by Souvie counter and said it smelled like pee. She called custodial. There were also foot tracks leading every which way from that puddle to other areas of the store.

For those of you in attractions you know what an E-Stop and Power stops are.

Well while we were opening RRC today at like 6:30 this morning, no one had any real wake up juice (food was on the way though). So Im running through the E-stops and Power stops, speilling the confirmations on each one when I finally lost it and without realizing it called one of them an E power stops....

Yeah so anyone in attractions knows you should say, E-Stop and Power Stop #whatever...

Word of advice....never open an attraction on just pure mind power before 7:00 am. Make sure you have a full crew, coffee, and donuts/wake up food.
