I was thinking "one adult with two children rejoining other adult". I can see one parent taking both children to go on a "potty run" while the other parent stays in line. However, it only works if the children are young enough to require an adult.

Don't forget the "waiting time exaggeration factor"

1 minute=10 minutes
4 minutes= 22 minutes
8 minutes= 35 minutes
10 minutes = 45 minutes
15 minutes = 2 hours

That looks about right, though I might say to take on "at least" to each of those estimates.
