The "New entrance" is the exact layout, top to bottom.
Not fully true. It is only the entrance gates that are the same in Hollywood Studios. They are a recreation of Los Angles' old Pan Pacific Auditorium. It was a California landmark. Everything else the new "Buena Vista Street" is all new. Facts are facts.

The point is, they are now spending money.

And let's not forget about World of Color.

I refuse to lose the optimism. Sorry. Things are looking too good for the Disneyland Resort right now, and as a local, I am glad.
Key word: NOW. Not, what? 10-11 Years ago when they were building it...

To me, DCA has become another DLP, too long of a time went by before Disney acted on the mistakes.

I do try to forget about World of Color. Musics great, just not a fan of the rest of it.

It's Disney-freaking-Land. It'd look good with a blasted high way running down the middle of Adventureland.

Better late then never.

DCA was built, they can't just un-build it. They can only do all they can to improve it.

As for World of Color and such, it is a hit with the public and that is all that matters.

Technically speaking, the management has changed, and that is a good thing.

And its worth point this out again. It seems to have been glossed over.

Forget the People Mover. When does the People Maker come back or is it now in the CM parking lot?

My guess is that it is now the CM parking lot.

I have mixed feelings about that ride. On the one hand, wonderful memories. On the other, I now get turned on by the sound of Paul Frees' voice. Makes it hard to watch biscuit commercials.

I'll throw in my two cents worth:

While the PeopleMovers are a classic attraction, I can take or leave having it return to DLR. After all, it was suppose to be one of the glimpses into the future of transportation...that never happened. Sure, there is a bit of nostalgia connected to them, and I wouldn't be opposed to them returning, but if the Powers-That-Be decide that they could use the space for something better, I wouldn't mind that as well.

Actually at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, they do have a Peoplemover, and make mention of the WEDWay Peoplemover on their website! The only thing that takes up space is the load/unload. I can't imagine them tearing out the elevated bits to put something else there.
