hey I think I saw this family one time! The bathrooms must have been full when I saw them so some stupid mom let her kid pee in the corner of a walk way by the bushes.

Warning, Ejection, Citation, Arrest & CPS. The point is to get them on track, so that hopefully, it stops, and if it doesn't, a SG can remain a SG, but eliminate the Stupid Parenting from the equation.

And as for public urination, at any age... That's just H&S fodder that should be taken seriously on the first offense.

Sounds healthy too! Nothing like having the kids crawl on the floor of a restroom visited by a few thousand people a day.
