Well said. The ways and timing of marsupials are not always understood by others. (I was going to say that marsupials work in mysterious ways, but that's a bit too spiritual sounding.) I have used a number of the recipies from over on board x, and while the results are fantastic (made Liberty Tree Tavern flank steak on Sunday night!), they are much to involved to be created on a hot plate.
