Next, "The LEET OMG Monorail"....

I do get some things right from time to time. And, please, feel free to call me "Patchy". My friends all do!
Honda Enoch wrote:So when they rename the castle to Prince Charming's Castle, that will be ok too?
Oh, please. I don't think anyone could reasonably match changing the name of a carousel, one small and, if I may, rather generic ride, with changing the name of a huge, iconic structure. It isn't a valid analogy, and I think you know it.
Honda Enoch wrote: IMO bringing in the other princess in the new FL is wrong. WDW belongs to Cinderella, DL belongs to Sleeping Beauty, if they want the others to have a place then the other parks should have castles for them.
Nether WDW or DL belongs to any one character. They are there for ALL of the Disney characters we love. It isn't "Cinderella-world" nor "Sleeping Beauty Land". If any character should get special honors, it is The Mouse himself.

DL's carrousel is King Arthur"s Carrousel. At least it was last time I was there.

Correct. That's always been the name of Disneyland's carrousel.

Thats right...because I remember we got caught up watching the Sword in the Stone one time. Actually pretty funny, as merlin was on his game and pretty punny!

Ok,

So now I am a purveyor of urban style mass transportation.

The catchy new name goes with the flashy new outfit.

Wasnt it that carousel, or was it the one at WDW that was purchased from Sunnyside amusement park in Toronto?

Give them an inch.....

But alas even the mouse himself has been evicted and replaced with the spreading of pooh and stitch.

Thought the parks may not belong to one character. it has always been Cinderella's Fantasyland at MK and Sleeping Beauty's Fantasyland at DL.

Why do they always have to trash WDW with this crap? Pile some of this on DL for a change. They come in a tear down everything WDW fans love and replace it with garbage. Yet those SAME rides remain at DL. Would be nice for my children to grow up knowing what Mr. Toad's Wild Ride was. But no, if they want that now, they have to go to DL and ride that half baked version, that though it came first, was made 100 times better at WDW (as with most of the rides at WDW).

Nothing at WDW is sacred anymore.
