At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.
Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

According to this website, my household includes me, my husband, and his ex-wife. That's cozy!

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

I'm not on it at all. The closest anyone with the same first and last name is a bout 200 miles away. And also it does not show up from any prior city.
My understanding is they get a lot of their information from Social Networking sites, and I am not (and have never been) on Facebook, MySpace or Twitter.

There are two of me... One here and one on the west coast. My dad was much more interesting than myself... He has four kids between my brother and me, a pool and a bunch of other things. I live in an apartment across town from where I live now and my wife and I are both single.
In Portland, I make a lot more money than I do. I would like to find this other me and take his money, since he is me anyway. :D:

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

And you would be perfectly entitled to it ! After all, it is your money!Big Wallaby wrote: In Portland, I make a lot more money than I do. I would like to find this other me and take his money, since he is me anyway. :D:
This site just magnifies the inacuracies that can come from automated data mining bots. I am really concerned about how this inacurate info might be used for identity theft. For some plepole it lists their address history, mothers maiden name, family members, employment history, education history, and credit rating. More than enough for an enterprising scam artist to assume their identity.
Even though the data is out there in separate locations, this kind of amalgamation makes it much more convenient for some lowlife to get a credit card in your name. Or worse, much worse. There might be enough info there that they could successfully answer your secret questions at the bank, and hijack your accounts.
And what about the legitimate credit check that discovers that there are a couple of bankruptcies listed for "you", or perhaps a few bad loans ! No mortgage for you! The bad info then gets re-reported to credit buereaus by real banks, and can then be treated as fact by other lenders, until you can prove it is not accurate.
Scary scary scary !

Yeah, apart from my name and my wife's name, nothing was right about either of us. My wife's age was way off. We both had "sports" listed as hobbies (My wife and I both hate most sports).
And the kicker was my home value was listed as "$1M+" (I wish..). But the Neighborhood was "below average".
I guess I live in an area of low-class millionaires. Nouveau riche trash.. :D:

They don't have me at all. :) They had stuff under my maiden name, but none of that is accurate anymore.
