Have any of the groupers ever been groped by a grouper?

As for my say about groupers... I really have to commend the grouper who was working Expedition Everest the first time I ever went through the Single-Rider Line. While in Single Rider, you really get a chance to watch them work their magic.
She was the hallmark of efficiency, between sending set numbers of people down to the front grouper, grouping the back half of the train, calling for a Single Rider when necessary and ushering front-seat requestors into their own side queue...

I don't even think the machine that sorts letters at the post office was as efficient as she was that day... A sight to behold.

(Sorry, I get all geeky when watching well-designed, efficient automated systems go through their motions... This woman was the biological equivalent.)

I don't have a photo, but they used to have a grouper that weighed about 500 pounds at The Living Seas. And he sometimes swam into view for people in the Coral Reef.

grouping can be lots of fun. but try dealing with handicap people. who god forbid have to stand in line and get upset about it. they are the worst then guests who dont tell you that there party is not all together. that gets my back up bigtime.

I have one for your second example. I had a group of 16 that didn't come in together (they had split up) and came into GMR in 3 different groups. In fact, some of their party almost didn't make it onto the ride.

And this is the reason why we have the line "Please keep your parties together." in our preshow spiel.

For Narnia! And for Aslan!

I had a guest call me a "stupid idiot" yesterday behind my back (or so he thought) as I was grouping simply because I used the correct name of the attraction (Pirates)... little did I realize he was trying to keep his other kid (which I did NOT see) from getting scared. Don't lie to your kids!

Had some guest assistance card people jump the line after their wait when they saw me back dooring some people. They just decided to cut in line and try to join my group. Another cast member caught them and tried to get them to get back in the normal line... yeah, they didn't.

You must be an industrial engineer. My DH is one of those and is facinated by stuff like that. He TOTALLY creeped out a pit boss at a casino in MO when he was watching the efficiency of the dealers and how they rotated around. The guy came over to him and he had to explain his geekiness.
