Hey, wait a minute..

I thought the magic word was Disney....or at least ER....maybe DOUBLE BACK?

Now music to me ears would be:
  • WORKBRAIN will be removed; all cast should be paid properly and on time again!
  • We realize that we made a mistake. The WDW Cast Christmas parties will resume this year!
  • Due to popular demand, Cast Excellence Surveys will return next week. Sharpen your pencils; we can get rid of some dead wood managers!
Yes, I have been known to work in Fantasyland and the enhanced version too. LMAO

I don't think my parents ever used the "magic word" prompt when I was little. They just reminded me to say "please". Otherwise I would not have been so confused when a teacher's aide said "What's the magic word" to me when I was in kindergarten!

When my oldest nephew was little, I'd tell him, "What do good boys say?" if he forgot please or thank you. Worked like a charm!

And sometimes have to say, say please (she's only 2) cause she doesn't quite get what she needs to say. Although, she mostly has please down, it's thank you that I have to tell her to say thank you, generally.
Lady,
Just keep reminding her. Eventually it will become second nature. I remember my DS's teacher telling me a story about some melt-down he was having in class, and as the teachers were asking him something like "would you like to do this?" he was crying wildly but still saying "NO THANK YOU". It was a tantrum, but at least he was being polite.

Oh yeah, I know. That's the key to most parenting though, really, persistence and consistency. Two things that, unfortunately, most parents tend to lack. It's sooooo much harder to get my daughter to behave when there's other kids running around like lunatics and doing all of the things I'm telling her not to do. I think she's starting to get the idea that she can't do things just cause she sees someone else doing them though. Hopefully sooner than later.

Wow and I thought only my company had those problems...

We use workbrain and appear to have the same challenges with our pay being correct.

Our company also canceled our holiday party last year. But to their credit they re-instated it this year.

However Workbrain is the bain of my exsistance.

Workbrainless is apparently the bane of everyone that works for a company that uses it.

Remember our registers out here have POS and the Matra loves to crash onto stand by mode. We are always saying please don't crash in wind storms, rain storms or hot humid weather.

My parents always taught us to say please and thank-you.
