Depends on if there are morning Extra Magic Hours that day. Regular guests can be there for rope drop if they get there early enough on a regular day. I just new you would post a correction & more info. :) Like it! I did mean to say rope drop during Extra Magic Hours. Yes, rope drop at entrances to lands. Don't think I'll do EMH.
