"Afraid" of kids

Really, I'm more afraid of the parents then the kids. I can usually scare the little ones into submission. :)

Of course, the "parents" in the scenario are often absent, anyway.

I was thinking this same thing. I'm more afraid or wary of the parents than the children. I like the kids they usually are great and I know how to handle. The parents? I just want to hit a desk until I'm unconscious.

Have one day each week (or maybe just one day a month) when each park is "Adults Only". Set the age at either 18, 20 or 21.

No infants.
No kids in strollers.
No teenagers (unless age is set at 18) with the possible exception of CMs on duty.

I'd rather see a day where no one between 15 and 25 is allowed. Basically, keep the SG's with attitude out of the park. :D:

Make it 21 so they can serve booze without having to watch everyone makes life much simpler. Once/month would be great, but I'll take once/year, so long as the four parks do it on four consecutive days.

Certain attractions can be shut down, such as the child play areas. Stroller Rental does not need to be staffed. And no height checks necessary for rides. No character meals, etc.

Whoa there! There are some short adults, and we will *insist* on our character meals!

The entire place is geared towards kids, with enough to keep adults happy, but I don't think enough adults would make it profitable to do that, perhaps once a year. People who don't like kids shouldn't go to Disney!

The other half and I have been visiting WDW since the early 80's. We don't have kids and have always had a fantastic time. Just don't spend much time in the MK, enjoy the energy of kids you don't have to take home and pick your times to do things carefully. One of my best memories is swimming at the AKL pool at 5 a.m. We had it all to ourselves except for the lady cleaning the pool. She was very nice.

Jan. 6 is the 43rd anniversary of the day we got engaged--a big deal for us. We're moving to FL this year and I'm going to apply to be a CM. I know they hire old farts so fingers crossed. :)
