Well, yes I was, maybe a little. But now it's official. :p: ;)

So, it is officially worrisome that a dragon is interested in a pangolin, good to know.

Would you be more insulted if I feigned disappointment or expressed relief? :)

I see no future in that relationship, Lasolimu, so give it up. ;)

You think I should give it up? I think that's just because you haven't seen the pangolin in question. So, what is it about the dragon/pangolin combination makes you think it won't work?

Well, you both do have scales as body armor, so other than that HOT breath of yours, perhaps there are some physical compatibilities after all. Unless, of course, you're not the fire-breathing sort of dragon.
So, how about a picture of the dragon and pangolin in question so we can all provide input?

The pangolin I can do.

The dragon, however would be tricky as there are no images of any of my dragon forms in existence(part of the reason my avatar is still skippy).

Also, if you are interested in reading about the species of dragon I am you can find it at http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0AS1In ... ZobQ&hl=en. It's still a work in progress, but it should offer a good enough idea of what they are like.

Well, that was absolutely fascinating! I had no idea <species> were shape shifters. I do have one question - how does the egg take a sample of the couple's DNA? Does it use its egg tooth?

Magic, I mean, they are dragons, something as simple as a DNA sample is no problem, even for an egg. I am still struggling to come up with a good species name; they are dragons, but what should the specific classification be? Also, if you are interested, I hatched in an arctic wasteland, don't know what my hatchling species is yet, but they lived in an arctic wasteland.

Very interesting indeed.
