It looks like we'll be there about the same dates. I'll be arriving late Nov 28th and leaving early Dec 5th.

According to the Strollers Coordinator I asked, yes DL Cast do get free stroller rentals.

We'll have to set up some time to meet or something, but like I've said before, I'm kinda going with friends and mostly just going to go with the flow, although I can and will venture off on my own from time to time.

Sweet, thanks Shorty :) Definitely not going to pay $40 to check my stroller on the plane then.

LU: Strollers should be free, and you can gate check them. Just take it through security, let little LU ride through the airport and then get a tag at the gate. When you arrive at MCO, it'll be right outside the plane waiting for you on the jetway, if not right away, it'll show up after a few minutes. I've flown with both a larger folding stroller, and smaller umbrella types and never paid a dime. Which airline?

The airline says that I can take a carseat or a stroller, I'll have to pay for the other one. Since I will need the carseat in Orlando, I have opted to take the carseat and leave the stroller. At least that's what it looked like on the website and sounded like when I called them to ask (although the woman had a heavy accent, but I know she said that I would check the stroller and be charged a checked baggage fee) The airline is US Airways.

You can bring both I'm sure. What we would do is check the car seats (no fee with American Airlines, US Airways waives the fee as well according to their website) and then push the girls in their strollers (yes, we've brought both) to the gate, and then gate check the strollers. The other option is to put her in her car seat on the plane, and then check/gate check the stroller :)
I'm just thinking you may want that stroller going to/from the parks :)

Yes, it would be nice, but apparently the group I'm going with, gets driven around in a company van or something and we get to go pretty much right up to the parks. The other thing I'm thinking is just buying an umbrella at wal mart or something. The thing is it says I can take one or the other, not both, so guess I'll just take one. I'll be good, but thanks. :)

Well, I'm here. Got here yesterday and pretty much hit the ground running. As you can see, I have internet access so if anyone wants to plan a specific meeting time/place, let e know. Anyone who has my #, feel free to use it. I think we're hitting the studios today.
