Sadly, I don't think you could get any state to actually show that. It would be too painful to watch. U.S. laws are way too squeamish for our own good.

In NY it's illegal to use a cell phone while driving unless you have one of those blue tooth ear gadgets. Technically it's not illegal to text, but it is illegal to dial, so you get pulled over anyhow, and good luck proving you weren't dialing.
