Thanks for all of the well wishes! I've worked a few shifts now and have really enjoyed the work. If a position in my field of expertise (bus transit) opens at WDW, I'd certainly try for it and make a career move.

Right now I don't get any discounts in WDW. As a seasonal CM, I only get a discount in the Disney Store. Once I become permanent part-time, I get a few free park tickets for myself and family per year. I don't remember the details off hand.

Good news! WDW is indeed currently hiring Bus Drivers, both FT and CR. A Florida CDL is preferred, but not required.

Tom, Best to start as a driver and then apply when a GSM position opens up. Most management roles require time in the area. All bus GSM's have to have a CDL. In my training class, we had a GSM training with us, (BW, it was Andie)
