Probably because some higher up decided it didn't need one. TSMM doesn't have a Single-rider line at WDW (it did originally but that stopped early on) but it does at DCA.

At WDW there is a special "Green Light" GAC which is given only to those families on Make-A-Wish (or similar) trips. This will include a child who is either terminally ill or medically very fragile. These cards allow immediate Front of The Line access. But the cards are very tightly controlled.

It is printed on the regular GACs that it is not intended for bypassing lines.

The rules at DLR are supposed to be the same as at WDW.

I have a special disability that makes me have a bad reaction to spending money. Can I get a pass into the park and free food and souvenirs??? :p:

I have one too though it is slightly different, I can't be within 10 feet of people for more than 10 minutes, can I get a pass that lets only me into the park for the whole day?

I've seen this elsewhere. When someone gets confronted at a Disabled parking space and gets the "Need to see your ID and placard registration" The sweet people are the ones that need it and are appreciative that someone is checking. The one's that are confrontational and start yelling are guaranteed to get that $250 ticket because they are using their (dead)grandmothers placard.

Yeah, in two years of working at Disneyland I could count on one hand the number of green cards I saw.

A few years ago I was going to Weight Watchers with a friend. We saw this guy pull into a blue handicap space and went to the bank to do his business. When he came out, the police was just planing a $280 fine. He said he did not notice the blue lines and parked the car. In front of the bank there is 10 handicap parking spots. Now how would you miss that?
