If they retire the colors, hopefully the current monorails will continue for some time, or they could run out of common colors. Then we'd be dealing with Monorail Khaki, Monorail Puce, and Monorail Heliotrope...

I've always liked the sound of Monorail Chartreuse

Love it! I was in a local production of Forever Plaid for two years, so it would immediately be my favorite monorail!

Teal is one of those colors I don't care one way or the other about, it depends on how it's used. This looks nice. At least they didn't blend pink and purple, which would've made mauve, which I think is a ghastly color.

It's better they recycled the undamaged cars, because it would be a waste to have them sitting around unused in the shops for the rest of whatever.

I hope to heaven that "train 12" is NEW and will not made of 'repaired' parts?

To say that (purely in my capacity as a guest) I have mixed feelings about all this would be an understatement. I just sure hope that our friends who are pilots are okay with the way things are moving forward I know everyone will have their own unique reactions to the news.

I know Walt bid us all to "Keep Moving Forward" and I try to make it a personal mantra but this is difficult for me somehow even though I know that life goes on and things change.

Everything changes. The whole 'circle of life' thing, I know.

it's so strange- this must just be a weird thing with me- but even though I have had no issue with riding monorails that were already there since the accident, I don't know if I could ride in Teal or "12" (the monorail whose color is yet to be determined).

I guess we all have our eccentricities...this is gonna be just one of the many i personally wear and fly like a big old 'geek' flag over the top of my head.

I think I need a hug. :(

"So, that's the puce..." (obligatory, obscure James P. Sullivan quote...)

I kind of like Monorail Magenta I guess...or what about Monorail Mickey? a train painted with red, black, and yellow? They could even put mouse ears on the thing (though that might cause clearance issues, I know...)

I know, I need more coffee.

I'm trying to work with this people, really I am. I'm just having a rough week.

I actually like the idea of Monorail Plaid...for some strange reason.

Or what about Monorail Bronze? Complete the Olympic medal set? Or Monorail Platinum? A darker shade than Silver.

Now that has potential...
