BW & SpeedFreak, whatever you or any other CM's may do, please be careful.

Like GP said...don't get burned over it. I don't think that the issue is worth loosing awesome CM's that make the magic happen.

With that said, you guys know what to do - whatever it may be...you have my support (and that of many others I'm sure). Good luck.

The Temporary Flight Restrictions for the parks are here:

The restriction is 3 nautical miles and up to 3000'. If you have clearance from air traffic control you can enter this space, but it is usually at their instruction. You can also get waivers, which Disney (obviously) does.
